I just spoke with Genie on the phone, trying to get an estimate for my wedding flowers, and I was very pleased! I had already spoken with another shop and received an estimate, but my fiance suggested that I "shop around." Even if we don't go with their services, I would recommend The Ivy Place to someone else because the customer service I just experienced was more than satisfactory! Thank you, Genie!!

I called The Ivy Place yesterday and ordered flowers that my mother wanted to place in church. They delivered them that same day. The lady that took my phone order was very nice and did a great job of putting together the kind of arrangement my mother wanted. Mom was delighted with the results. I will be doing business with them for future floral needs.

I ordered a half dozen roses for Valentine’s Day for my daughter. They were delivered earlier than expected which is great but the reason for the 5 star review is because the flowers were beautiful and my daughter sent me a picture of them today and here is it almost two weeks later and they are still as beautiful today as the day they were delivered. Will definitely use them again!!

we will definitely be returning!! we ordered two bouquets and a boutnier for homecoming and homecoming court and they didn’t disappoint!! everything was gorgeous and the people are overwhelmingly nice!!

I was so pleased with the flowers had sent to my sister-in-law after her surgery. They were beautiful!! I almost messed up and ordered for delivery too soon. I called them back to change delivery day and make sure the flowers would not be delivered before my sister got home from the hospital. I was worried that talking to 2 separate people, there would be confusion caused by my blunder. The Ivy Place had my back and flowers were not delivered until the very next day after she got home from the hospital. PERFECT!! I live in Saginaw, Texas and was not familiar with florist shops in Vicksburg, Ms. I solely based my choice on reviews and choose a winner. I highly recommend the Ivy Place. They do not disappoint. Thanks Genie and the other girl I spoke with. Sorry, I didn't get her name. Both women were very helpful and made sure everything went just right.

I had an incredible experience with The Ivy Place. I came to Geni with a sunset theme and a vision for my wedding florals. After giving them some direction, my opinions, and creative freedom in some areas, they knocked it out of the park. Geni and the team truly exceeded all of my expectations. The Ivy Place team was pleasant to work with, going abovce and beyond to make my vision come to life. I would recommend them highly, and I am thankful to say my florals were one of the most highly complimented and most favorite parts of my wedding day.
